Sloan Lake
A surprising delight in the heart of Denver. Perry Park Modern is less than 2 blocks from Denver's unique oasis known as Sloan Lake, host to the annual Dragon Boat festival, and various cultural activities. Stroll around the lake at sunset, launch the boat and go for a spin, or simply relax along the shore's edge.
The Sloan Lake neighborhood actually features two connected lakes, Cooper Lake, and its namesake, Sloan Lake. The neighborhood is convenient to delicious restaurants and a variety of shops.
West 29th Avenue, West 10th Avenue, Federal Boulevard and Sheridan Boulevard form the borders of the 177-acre neighborhood.
